Boston College hosted the Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life” last weekend at The Plex, and the results are in. The 87 teams, made up of over 1,600 participants, raised $125,000 for cancer research. Mark Herzlich’s “Herznation Team” raised $5,584 alone.

Mark had surgery today to remove the chemo port after the MRI revealed that he remains cancer free. This is another hurdle Mark has had to jump over in his return to the football field. He is back home with his family resting and enjoying the snow.
